The customer service was great. They are a little pricey but they have every type of vitamin that you can think of for adults and children.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is immaculately clean and great music. I love shopping there.

Rude staff that doesn’t wanna be bothered.I've been a customer of Vitamin shoppe for a while now at the Crain Highway location. Lately every-time I come in a certain employee has an attitude! I'm sorry I disrupted your scrolling the internet on your phone to pay for my stuff! I'll be taking my business elsewhere if I have to.

This the largest Vitamin Shoppe that I've seen in all my travels!!. There was only 1 cashier / salesperson....she knew it (products) all and was able to give great service to several people in the store and greeted those that came in!! The only problem is that this store is in a tough traffic area, difficult to get to. But I think they are worth the bother. Also you can order online and pick up in the store..sometimes online prices are lower..ask clerk about it

Staff is friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed being in the store making a purchase.
