I love Wellness Refinery!! I’ve been multiple times to endulge in their delicious smoothies, but I recently treated myself to a sauna session! It is a unique experience and they make it feel so personalized and enjoyable. My smoothie was ready for me when I was out 🥰 There is no comparable place in the city. I hope that soon they will be able to add showers for after the sauna which would be the icing on the cake!!!

Truly the best smoothies I have ever had. I go to the Wellness Refinery a couple days a week and I always look forward to chatting with the amazing owner and employees. The in-store boutique is also adorable.

I've always loved their smoothies (exhilarate is great, same with strawberries & cream) and bites (the matcha and the chocolate ones, so yum!) but recently tried the saunas and loved it! Nona is amazing, so attentive and caring. I am looking forward to going back!

I have been coming to TWR for years, and cannot recommend them enough. The sauna is a sanctuary! I love the infrared light and that you can choose the color for whatever need you want to target. I usually just let it cycle through all the colors to get a little bit of everything :) Walking in to the sauna room and seeing your name on the little board is a thoughtful touch and reminder that this is my time for myself. I always feel incredible after a sauna sesh at TWR! The tonic bar has so many delicious and nutrient-packed treats. I love the Cinnamon Roll smoothie! The merch is so cute, the products they carry in the shop are so cute and self-care focused. Their events are always so wonderful too. Overall, TWR is a calming, safe & welcoming self-care space for all. The vibes are immaculate!

I discovered the Wellness Refinery during the spring of 2021 and it was the best find of the year! I love coming here after a stressful or busy week to unwind and spend some time with my thoughts while getting the benefits of the infared sauna lights! The best part of a sauna session is grabbing a smoothie! The Wellness Refinery team always comes up with amazing flavors! I highly recommend trying this place out if you’re looking for something new to add to your routine!
