There were two girls working when I came in. The first girl was pale skin, dark hair, black glasses. She had zero customer service skills. She did a terrible job presenting products. She didn’t know the price to anything. She barely let me see the products. The item that I wanted to purchase, because the price was perfect, was not in the box. However, it was on display. I asked her to call a manager for help and she refused. I was forced to buy something more expensive. She wouldn’t even try to ask the manager for help. She just sucked all around. I had to purchase something more expensive. However, the girl that checked me out was super nice and friendly and if it wasn’t for her, I would’ve left this store more upset than I did. She had way better customer service skills and was just nicer altogether. I wish I had her name because I liked her. It seems that this store needs to train employees better on not just customer service but keeping the store organized and making sure there are no empty boxes that are deceiving customers making us think we can buy something that we actually cannot. I think what sucked the most was the lack of just simply trying to help the situation from the first girl. If I was rating based off of her alone, I’d give zero stars.

Man what an experience. This store is so clean and well stocked. Emily was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and attentive. 5 stars isn’t strong enough, if you’re anywhere near middle Tennessee come here for all your needs. Very satisfied!!!

Always a learning experience when my wife and I frequent this shop, my wife has epilepsy and the staff is very knowledgeable on the products they carry. They’re always friendly and engaging, a very pleasurable experience every time!!!

I really do like this place! The staff is very friendly and always willing to give you a hand, but at the same time will give you space if you just wanna look around. Always very helpful and honestly the prices aren’t bad (we frequent here for Delta 8 and similar things) and I love the fact you can get flower and choose how much. They’re closer to us than other smoke shops, and to get to them is pretty easy as well. They’ve become the store we go to for all our Delta 8 needs!
