Bad customer service owner are rude and disrespectful it's dirty not clean at.... Everything in there is out of date and used recycle old Vapes and resell it to the public not good for business if you ask me? And do the IRS knows that y'all paying people under the table and not on payroll for $11 a hour and you side it yourself I was working for yall so y'all wasn't a real job to begin with bad for business

As I walked into Tobacco Hut this evening I was hit with a lemony sent with a slight undertone of Clorox…. Simply put, it smelled CLEAN…. and I loved it! I initially came in to return an item because I previously purchased the wrong flavor. One of the three attendants exchanged it with no questions asked. I ended up browsing their inventory as the attendants gave me more info on the items and brands I selected. I ended up leaving the store with two additional items I can’t wait to try out! Customer service was A+. You can tell attendants want to get to know their customers. If your in the Waldorf/Saint Charles area looking for a Tobacco/smoke shop I recommend them!
