I went into the store to buy a battery/pen for vaping and the owner said the pen was $20. When I pulled out a card to pay for it he rung up the pen and then said it was $25. I said I thought it was $20 and he says.. "Okay fine, $20." Then he just gives me the pen without the charger to it until I asked him how am I supposed to charge it. So he tried to increase the price by 25% just because I wasn't paying in cash AND wasn't going to give me the charger that should come with it until I specifically asked for it. And of course the pen is broke already 1 week later. I definitely would not trust this store and will never be back. Your experience may vary if you’re not black

This store sells fake looseleaf cigar wraps & over price them. They were very thin, soft & sprayed with chemicals. Real looseleafs are thick & natural leafs with no chemicals. Even the packaging is completely off, the logo & designs all look legit but the package itself is not the real package. Please fix this asap & order from the companys site directly.

Prices are high but not unusual for the area. However they do sell fake loose leaf and tobacco wraps…they rip very easy and have a chemical spray that normal loose leafs don’t. I’m used to buying this brand in Richmond and the quality is night and day hence why these seem fake to me. It wouldn’t be as bad if they didn’t charge +$12 per pack when I can get real loose leafs for $10 a pack in RVA. I haven’t tried their other products so I can’t comment or review those.
