Came here because they had the MOD I was looking for to replace the one I was using. Bought it... It stopped working after a couple of weeks... Came back and asked for a replacement MOD. Nope... Management was on the phone with the guy that was helping me and made a point to tell him to tell me I would need to bring it back in when management was in to make sure it wasn't user error. I bought a replacement MOD... I have been using the same one for four years. But I'm the idiot. Nevertheless I bought another one. But I will make sure next time I drive to San Antonio before going back here. Shame. Just want honest people. No customer service by management. Attendant was very nice. Don't go here. Beware. Sell you bad product and then blame it on you.

The girl that help me was super nice...( re-review nine months later) Well I had such great service 9 months ago, I decided to come back in..And I very glad I did that super nice girl was there working again and another girl was there as well. If I remember there names are Kaliene and Kylye and there serves is just fantastic! I wall definitely keep coming back for my vaper supply's when I'm in town! The stick looks fantastic with those accessorize parts! I just have to say thank you again.

I was able to call ahead and find out if they carried a particular cigar I was looking for! After learning that they did carry it, I made the short trip there and the good things I must say about this place is the customer service, smiles and they have a pretty good selection! I will be returning !

This place is awesome. I’ve been going for the past two years and I haven’t come across any bad staff members. And since I’ve been going, they continuously update their vape juices.

Although the store clerk was nice, coughing inside humidor should be a big "no-no". Employees with colds should not be allowed inside the humidor! Shortly after leaving the store on Saturday, Aug 16th, I became ill myself with some type of strange dry sinus/ throat cold/flu. After reflecting back on my ELD travels today, (otr trucker); I was only around others for the time I was at this store. Now (4:30pm-11:30pm), I am suffering with yet 350 miles to drive. I was wondering if the other 5 persons that were at this store exp the same ailment(s) as I have described above. And I am not a sickly person! Otherwise, both employees were friendly and helpful. Again- Coughing whether minor or else, "SHOULD BE A "big no- no" inside the humidor! Please be mindful!!!! !!!!
