Great Prices but the whit Lady with the blond hair is prejudice and rude. Asked for assist she said wait a minute and proceeded with what she was doing. Then she told the man in there these people need help. The man seemed embarrassed and said he apologized. That ??? will never get my money or business again. Forgot to me mention I am African American. If you cant serve the public you need to be shut down!!

Ever since the new owners took over a few months ago, the service has gone downhill. Used to be in-and-out, now I’m in there for 15 minuets while they try to figure out the computers. But hey, there is a learning curve for everything. Went in yesterday to make a purchase, the cashier messed up because she had cash on the register for some reason. Charged me $51.03 then told me it has to be refunded. I asked how long that would take, she said in the next hour or so if it hasn’t already. Then I had to pay again for my purchase, they charged over $100 to my card and I am still to get my money back… would not recommend…

Best prices of all the smoke shops from Oakland to collierville! The manager makes sure she always makes sure she keeps in stock what I need no matter how many times my husband and I buy her out! She awesome!
