Frank is a good guy but management has a lot to learn about customer service. I went in the shop earlier today and bought two bottles of juice. A 100ml pink burst and a 60ml from mad hatter, as soon as I got a chance I naturally went to refill my tank. I was shocked when the top came off and after 1 sec almost the entirety of my 100ml bottle lay all over the inside of my car, my pants, my mod and my car charger. I expected to go into the shop and get another bottle as a courtesy. The employee called the boss and he claimed the best he could do was 25 % off my next bottle.. Seriously?? I’ve been vaping for 5 years and anytime I’ve ever had a problem like this it’s always taken care of without question. If you would like to get treated like a valued customer I don’t think this is the place for you.. unfortunate too because I did like the shop until this experience, wow and now that i look at my change I was also shorted $4. Not the way to run business gentleman.

I went there today and received amazing service from Frankie! Such a great team player and was able to help resolve my issue with my Vape and he knew what the problem was right away! I came in sad and disappointed, I left a very happy and satisfied customer! Last week he helped me pick out my 1st Vape, so i can stop smoking cigs! This week I came in and was happy it was him again! Thanks so much Frankie!!! You sure know your Vapes.

Absolutely amazing experience. Tony was a huge help. He answered all my questions and took my vaping to a whole new level. He helped me find a vaporizer perfectly suited for me. The store itself has great set-up. It was very clean and the products are displayed optimally. To say the prices are fair would be an understatement. I've looked around and haven't found anything close. My deepest gratitude to the vape zone and a special thanks to Tony. Appreciate you guys.

This is by far the best vape shop in the area. Awesome selection, great prices and super helpful employees, especially Frank. He can always recommend something for me and I've never been disappointed. I won't go anywhere else.

I spent over $100 here and 2/4 of the vapes didn’t work. I came in two weeks later to return them and he showed me the new sign on the door that said “try your vape before you leave” wow would have been nice to be told this when I bought the vapes two weeks ago. Then the “manager” told me the owner never comes in the shop and refused to give me any contact information. The owner showed up as I was there and thankfully replaced the two vapes I bought with new ones. I do not recommend. Take your business elsewhere.
