We Are out of town visitors and purchased some gummies from Top Shelf. The Gentleman who helped us was awesome. We ended up with a great product and the service was absolutely fantastic.

Koda was very helpful, showed me some recommendations, prices, and helped me find a really good item. And I will say it is great. Kudos to Koda. Especially helping me out on my birthday.

I'm medical, My GF and I have been consistently going there for months now picking up on average a couple ounces a week. Was happy for a while, until my most recent experience. I don't expect much from Budget weed, but an ounce of the last batch I got was really a disappointment. I took what was left in w/me to show there were over 5 grams of shake in the last ounce I bought, asking if that was normal, and expressing my disappointment that so much of my medicine ended in shake. I didn’t ask or imply I was trying to return it, or seek a discount on something else. Was only hoping for some sort of “I’m sorry man I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen to you on this next one.” And maybe a “I’ll let the manager know you were bummed with it” Instead it was explained to me that when they get to the bottom of the jar, they just dump the shake in before they grab a new one. Which I had missed seeing picking up before busy UFO fest weekend, and in hindsight, yes I should have brought it back in right away to show them if I had a problem with it, but again wasn’t trying to return, and didn’t realize how bad it was until buds were picked out. When I replied that’s a disappointment and if it’s normal business practices for so much of an ounce to end in shake that it makes me want to check other places options, and the response I got was “Go somewhere else then.” So that’s what I’ll do. If my business there isn’t valued enough to get any sort of positive customer service just trying to express disappointment in my last purchase, I’ll gladly find another spot that expresses a little more pride in their ounces and customer service, even if it is just the budget stuff. I was treated like a problem customer the moment I tried to express disappointment, got zero energy like the dude cared at all.

It's small but the staff was friendly and helpful.its clean and it was quick which was nice.hard to find even with maps. The parking lot was very small. The price is average or a bit higher they didn't have exactly what we were looking for but managed to get other things.
