Great selection but otherwise the energy is off and the store is always closed hours before their closing time stated on goggle which is frustrating to say the least

I go here for my 0mg vape juice, they have a great selection. I've been shopping at the other torched illusions for over 10 years and always have a good experience. I've been very happy with the products and the customer service in the a Newberg location.

I don’t normally give bad reviews because I prefer to assume everyone’s doing their best but….my friend from Guatemala and I visited your store on June 5th. He was looking for a particular (very expensive!) pipe that has some sort of cooling apparatus on it. The other 2 stores said Torched had them so we went there. Unfortunately, the young man at Torched was not helpful at all. In fact, his whole demeanor was definitely that he really didn’t care and he had no answers on anything my friend asked. The other two shops were both very welcoming and knowledgeable. I gave one star because he was there manning the desk and they do have a lot of various items in stock. Will probably not go back to Torched.
