Always loved going to treehouse, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I usually go about once a month and last time I went there was something missing from my order. Not a huge deal, things happen but I did call and ask about if I was able to get a credit toward a future purchase or something else. They said to come in and they would take care of it. I never did go in to figure it out and then I went in today for my birthday special and they told me there money in the safe for me! I had forgotten about the whole thing and when I went in for a birthday special I got a surprise envelope for a cash refund. Super cool surprise thank you!!

Great overall experience; very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I am a first-timer to cannabis stores looking for help with pain control. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful and took the time necessary to explain everything; thanks Charlie! … it was a little confusing figuring out how to get into the store but all in all in all, a good experience ☺️

I rather take a 30 min drive to come here than to go to the one 5 min away from my house. Love the atmosphere, the deals and always a pretty quick and easy experience. Last bud tender to help me was Kat B. She was very nice, professional and easily answered some questions.

Went here a couple days ago for the first time 'cause they had a few strains, one I hadn't smoked in at least a decade (White Widow) and the others I'd never seen for sale or tried (NYC Haze and African Sativa x G13 Haze). Normally, it would be very unlikely that I'd drive out that far for one or two things, but I was nearby in Lawrence that morning for a doctor's appointment, so I figured what the hell. Was easy enough to find. The whole elevator to the second floor threw me for a second, but I managed. The gentleman checking IDs at the front migh'tve woken up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. I dunno. But I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt on first meeting. He wasn't rude or anything, just a little short. Otherwise, everything was great, staff were super friendly and helpful, and what I bought that I've smoked so far was top notch. Will definitely be back again, just maybe not super soon due to the commute, but that's probably not a bad thing for my wallet.

There’s a creative energy throughout the space, it’s so vibrant and full of color. Such a beautiful space hidden away on the second floor! It’s easy to lose track of time here. The team had great suggestions for us. No need to go in here knowing what you want, they’ll help you find what you need.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Had the pleasure of dealing with Christine … I had some questions concerning a particular product and Christine took the time to not only answer my questions but also check the inventory of a couple other items I was interested in. She is a GREAT EMPLOYEE who provided wonderful customer service ! Definitely an asset to your organization ~ Thank you Christine !

Love the variety of products, whether it's accessories or remedies, they've got it all, highly recommend the products that include a good balance of THC and CBD, which is hard to find elsewhere *most shops only carry high THC products and very few CBD containing products, finding the right ratio is rare: kudos to the grow team and staff here you guys know how to care for a wide spectrum of individuals 👍👍
