Tree of life have the worse customer service in North Las Vegas. It’s so inconvenient to go to the pick up especially if you got one question about your order. I was served by Nathan/Nate the (Assistant General Manager). No help at all. I had to go wait in drive thru for another additional 20 mins all because the manager didn’t want to help me with my online order. Please go to the reef dispensary for better prices and customer service!!! Thanks Lakevia Harris Note: keep in mind there was no other cars at pick up. Smh

Great experience at TOL centennial, my GF & I met Britney (pretty sure that’s her name) she was very informed and helped us pick out cartridges from a brand new to us and we loved them so far! Not my first time going but will definitely return! 😎🔥

I went yesterday evening and didn't have to wait long at all! I wandered in and was looking at what I wanted when A very Nice man helped me I can't believe I didn't get his name! (Or number 😂) He was tall had glasses and brown hair. He had Fantastic costumer service. But he helped me use points I didn't even know I had and helped update my profile to current information. I told him the two carts I wanted and then He then picked out a great 1/8th when I told him to pick a good one. He gave me the best weed I've smoked in a long time! Id recommend tree of life always for prices and customer service. Never a bad experience here.

So far I have found some good deals and everyone has been very pleasant. I love the bundle packages and daily deals. Hard to find the first time going there so use GPS and it is accurate.
