From the moment we walked in Kevin already made us feel right at home! Roman was the one who helped us out! She was very very attentive to what we were looking for and SUPER patient in answering all our questions! The place has such a smooth vibe, you can be in and out really fast if you’re in a hurry (everyone is really efficient as well)! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience while in Cali! After a long day of work, I stopped by this dispensary and received one of the best customer experiences Thanks to Phoebe! She was a great help and was all around friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend and i stopped by Tropicanna today for the first off of a recommendation from a friend. We were very happy with our visit and already planned to go back next time we needed to pick up. Got a great deal on some house packaged stuff. After smoking a good bit, my boyfriend was breaking down a little more to do when he found a rock in the bag. The rock only weighed half a g, but regardless of how much it weighs, it's a very crappy way to do business. We are extremely disappointed and will not be returning as well as our friend.
