The shift supervisor was kinda rude and didn't give me the same deal for spending over 80$ as my friend that I was with. He evidently doesn't realize that consistency is very important to his customers.

I was going back to give trulieve another shot at my business as every time I’ve been to this location I was disappointed. I renewed last Thursday and was given some coupons to trulieve. They wouldn’t honor anny of the coupons because they were a day expired. Even though one clearly stated a free pre roll 7 days after renewal. Then proceeded to offer a deal that would make me spend way more than I had already. Upon getting there I was told my online order didn’t go through. So I repeated what I had ordered and on one of the items wasn’t in stock even though online it said it was. He offered a subsistion which I asked if it had similar effects which he responded i don’t know it’s just new.. unprofessional business would recommend spending your money somewhere else….

If I could leave zero stars I would. I shop at this exact location very often and have always had a great experience. The Dunedin location. Today I went in as usual and when I was dispensed it seemed like the total was a little high. But hey I’m in the store so what Eva. Well as I left I looked and did the math and I was over charged. So I went in to ask the people. The manager responded to me ya you are right you were over charged. He then said he will note my account for a credit. I asked for my money not my credit. He said we don’t do cash back. I said then refund me entire order. He responded and said I will have to give you a credit. Then he told me to check my own price before I pay next time. To me a customer should not have to double check the total but I guess that’s how trulieve does it now day. So watch your price they over charge and don’t give your money back.

Great fast service! Friendly & approachable staff. Clean and sterile. Love coming to this dispensary. I trust they will take care of me and give me great recommendations. Trulieve needs to set this store as an example to other stores in our city. PLUS THEY ALWAYS GREET ME BY NAME!!
