Absolutely 💯 ridiculous. I always do an express order and I never get treated as an express. There were 6 walk in and 2 pickups and 2 express. Y would yall take the walking before the people who put in orders so as not to wait so long...just to be waiting longer than should have been. Also went out of order. Took 3 people that walked in AFTER ME AND THEY WERE WALKINS. Totally unacceptable. Express means just that's express....doesn't matter how ma y people r waiting. Supposed to take the express orders before walk ins. What is the point in making an order online and check in before entering the building? Make it make sense to me please

No matter what time of the day in the afternoon I go in at the Cleveland Ave Ft Myers location there’s 8- 10 people in the lobby and usually one person sometimes two working. Takes forever!! They definitely need more teammates during peak hours.

If your time is important to you at all, please skip this store. You can be first on the list here express pickup and still wait over 20 mins. They do not care here at all. Idk if everyone working here is stoned or what but unless you have ALL DAY to wait I strongly advise you to go somewhere else.

Very slow, long wait times. Staff easily distracted with personal conversations. Maybe they don't respect people's time. Ni Express pick up for pre orders. Really no pint in preordering, you still wait even when no one else is here waiting. Hopefully they fix this. I feel like walking out now even as I text this. 2 workers having pointless conversation instead of one of them helping me .
