These two handsome gentlemen with the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen took care of me last night. I got stuck on the Jack/John gentlemen’s name which I feel so bad. It’s because the representative that actually took care of me was absolutely extraordinarily patient and kind. In order for me to sometimes shop at this wonderful establishment I have to do the math before I go so I understand what I’m getting and how much I’m spending. However, the gentleman with the curly hair and the blue eyes, Jack/John I can’t wait to see and work you again. 💙 it’s took all I had not to touch his hair. Now back to the important part of the service. I have never met a kind or more understanding representative than the gentleman that took care of me last night. He asked questions and I was listening, but I wasn’t and he never once got angry. He just simply was factual. It was not his fault at all, I was simply Multitasking and Doing math at the same time. If I could’ve tipped him more money, I would have, but I think he knows that I was forever grateful and humbled by the experience.

I had an excellent experience at Trulieve, thanks to Tenicia. Her customer service is truly top tier—professional, attentive, and welcoming. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain options in detail, making sure I felt confident in my purchase. Had to stop here on a quick trip visiting family. This is one of the nicest tulieve locations I have been too. I was a walk in and was taken back almost immediately. I have a broken hand so I was shown some deals that really benefited me. I feel really bad because I forgot the gentleman's name but he was very very helpful and patient with me. Thank you so much! When I'm in the area and need medicine, I'll be sure to stop into this location again!
