I am a creature of habit-and don't like change very much. Even when it comes to trying just new locations of a chain I can be rather timid. I am SO happy that I went and visited the Tarpon Springs location. It's pretty new, from what I understand, and it is an absolutely beautiful store! The staff was very friendly and the service was lightning quick. If you have not been to this location yet, you should definitely plan to stop by - I highly (🤭) recommend!!

Great place, employees are great, Mgr.s great, everyone knows me, this is your number 1 store, out of all the Trulieve's I've been to.

Id like to thank one of the workers at Trulieve. I needed to make use of a warranty for an expensive battery, but he took the broken one and gave me a brand new one. He was so kind and helped me solved my issue so quick and easily. He gets 5 stars!! Now... I don't remember his name. So, I called the store trying to find out so I may mention him here, in this review. But the phone lady was not helpful at all and even if I mentioned his possible name, asking her to confirm that it was the correct name, she told me that she can't talk to me about this topic. So she gets zero stars. So, to give the credit to the gentleman that helped me so well, I believe his name was Brenton, or Brandon, or something liken that. Thank you B!! and it would be nice if phone operators act as nicely as you!. Tnx!!

Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location! Sage, Jody, Paris, and Bri - I adore them! So kind and friendly. They seem to go the extra mile for a good customer experience! They’re definitely the reason for this location being my favorite.

YOUNG boy was rude, i have had issues with same. customer service just grabs product and expects without telling what it is... Doesn't say thank you hello you're welcome. What happened to all the adults that used to have working here? Trulieve DISAPPOINTED. BABIES: KINDNESS COST NOTHING! YES, I ALWAYS TIP!!!
