Went back to give this location another try. I Had a horrible experiences with some of the girl bud tenders that really turned me away. Went in and the vibe was totally different! Great guys here now that are willing to help! Will definitely be coming back.

I am disabled and cannot walk in to stores this means I am automatically not able to benefit from promotions. However, I was shown the kindness by the store manager to allow my friend to take in my ID and make my purchase getting the promotion the the persons without any handicaps were enjoying. The only Dispensary I use. I like the location, Excellent selection of Cannabis, the Manager is very helpful when I'm choosing/recommending what I need. The employees are very knowledgeable with all the products they sell.I highly recommend Ultra Health in Rio Rancho.

Good customer service but the fees on top of the fees is ridiculous. Spent $13 on a measly little tiny gram. I spent $7 for a gram in Milan, NM and with two free prerolls! This place sucks imo. 👎🏽
