I went yesterday to this shop and had an amazing experience . owner took the the time to give my girlfriend a whole run down on device's and how they work and got her set up perfectly with a device that meets her needs and gave us information we could take anywhere. Great customer service. Very cool south Miami vibe , NO JUDGEMENT attitude like other shops we've been to. Very friendly. Will be a repeat customer and they have a really good selection of cbd products! 👍👍👍

First off, I will never purchase anything from this place again! An employee by the name of Luke over charged me on an item I purchased and then lied about how he got the price he charged me. Tried to walk through the steps on how he rung it up, but then said forgot what how he did it! I feel manipulated and stolen from. It is very unfortunate because I had nothing, but great things to say about this place until yesterday! I would highly recommend thinking twice before purchasing anything from here.

I will say that the merchandise is nice and the owner is friendly and a lovely lady. The three star rating is because the second time I visited the store, the profanity in the music that was playing was extremely offensive to me. I'm guessing she is marketing to young people, not 40 somethings like me. But why not give the store an atmosphere that everyone is comfortable in?

Very strange gas station addition. They regularly delete their online presence/ problems. It's like the gas station pills- not at all right or what you think you're buying.

I am switching from disposables to the e-liquid and didn't know much about the options available to me. While the staff was very nice, apparently they didn't either. I purchased a Vinci vape pen and some tobacco flavored juice. They don't sell the replacement cartridges (which have the coil built-in) so I couldn't continue to use it until I sourced them elsewhere. They took my number and said they would try to source them but I never heard back. Even worse, I didn't notice for a while but the juice they sold me expired in May of 2020! Two years ago!
