They must have a poorly managed business to be desperate enough to hand out their advertisement material at the competitor's door. Pitiful! I would not give my money to people that behave like this.

I absolutely ❤️❤️❤️ their new shop! It looks awesome ladies!! This has became my favorite vape shop here in Lancaster!! They moved right across the street into a new space & it looks sooooooo good 👍🏼 They also have extended their hours to staying open later !! 🫶🏼 The ladies that have always helped me have ALWAYS been SUPER nice!!.. 🥰

I went in there on july 8 2024 and got a THC vape that was 3 grams.When I got to the car, the juice was leaking out of the bottom. So I went back into exchange it The cashier opened the same kind of vape that was the same brand and saw that they was all like that. When she asked if I would accept a 2 gram vape for a replacement. I said no politely I want a 3 gram vape that’s what I paid for. So I pointed out politely that there was a 3.5 gram vape and she flipped out and said there was no way she was gonna give me something with a higher price or grams . While I understand that, she was Very rude and unprofessional about it.As A establishment They should make it right for the customer.
