Great prices, products, and deals. Also the staff are really nice (expect one guy you was very rude and basically pushed my id back towards me and it flew past me landing on the ground.) Other than that this place is great and I'm not gonna just do 4 stars instead of 5 because of one dude who's a jerk. Love you guys keep up the great work! Had to update this because once again I encountered the one and only employee that is just an insufferably rude individual. I ordered a cart online and the dispensary did try to call me and I missed the call. So this dude was like "yeah we tried to call you but you didn't answer so it's not on us." Now I wasn't even upset about his since this place has a great selection so I chose something else. The manager even matched the price of what I had ordered so she went above and beyond. Great customer service from here (I wish I had her name.) Anyways just keep an eye out for this dude and avoid him as your cashier if you can. Other than that I absolutely love this place and I won't let one miserable guy stop me from enjoying this place.

Best place on route 9. Not close. 1. Best prices. 2. The place is immaculate. 3. Absolute best people / best service. A difference maker you will go back.

What can I say. Absolutely unimpressed with the entire outfit. When it was first opened and would go there. I would ask why the points system was so high. (Almost $350 spent to get a $10 preroll). When i asked why, it's so much for certain things. I was told not to look at the top tier items. And they only do a one-time 30% off on your first time you register. Not every time you re-register, like EVERY other dispensary I have been to. I'm not a happy customer, and I'll be letting everyone know my opinion.

This was probably by far the worst cannabis store I have visited in my life, and I have been in a bunch in MA and NYC. Everything was terrible, customer services, lack of product and prices hahaha not even in Brookline! I decided to try the pre roll, wasted of my money. Please avoid this place

This place is a joke, I would never come here as a customer again. The staff is rude and unknowledgeable, and the Company is very deceitful. They sell products created by other companies, and then sell them as if they made these products themselves, under their own brand. Definatly the worst medical dispensary in the State, i've never been to a dispensary that had absolutely zero accessories before either. Id avoid all together, unless you want the cheapest garbage Massachusetts has to offer. The General Manager is also a scumbag.
