I recently made the decision to quit smoking and go back to gaping. It's been years since I tried to vape so i went into the western branch location and was helped by a an employee named Taz. Taz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Taz answered all my questions and helped me set up my device. A+++ service.

Do not shop at this location or any VA vape shops. They will sell you products that you cannot use and then will not let you refund them so that you were screwed out of all the money that you spent and then they offer you a 15% discount after taking over $20 from you for a product that you can't even use with your device. The people that work here do not want to help you and want to make sure that you cannot leave with a working device do not shop here!

Excellent service. went in with my sister to see if we could get her a vape to wean her off of cigarettes. sales guy was very patient with our questions and explained the differences between vape units and the different liquids. Great experience Thanks "Doris", you were awesome!
