I’ve been a happy, returning customer at Valley Pure Tulare for a while now and they never disappoint. The quality of their products is consistently solid, and I always feel like I’m getting exactly what I’m looking for. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes the whole experience easy and welcoming every time I come in. The store is clean, organized, and has a good variety to choose from. Definitely one of my go-to spots in Tulare — highly recommend if you’re looking for quality and good service.

i typically shop at token farm, but valley pure had the same disposable for $7 less, so i placed an online order during their happy hour specifically to lock in the sale price to pick up whenever i was off work. when i arrived to pick it up, i was told the discount only applies if you also pick up during happy hour, so i still owed an additional $10. i explained that i intentionally ordered online during the promotion to secure the price (to add additional clarification because they did mention system issues), but the employee was dismissive and pretty rude, and implied it was “obvious” that the price wouldn’t be honored since i wasn’t also picking up during the happy hour. if that’s the policy, the system shouldn’t allow an online order to go through at the discounted price in the first place. also the pickup process was inefficient — i waited in the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes, despite staff already having the product in hand (i could visibly see it myself), and was then directed to park and wait again on the opposite side of the building. the overall service was unfriendly and unhelpful. i will continue giving my business to token farms moving forward, even at a higher price point, as they provide reliable service and clear communication. this was my first and last visit to valley pure. update at the 2 month mark — it’s quite funny how every review has been address since, except mine my sister has additionally had an experience similar that pricing is never consistent and they seem to always have a reason for you to pay more for a random, unannounced price increase. they are money hungry and rude. again, doubling down, take your business to token farms. this place sucks.

Amber helped me and she was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I told her I was a novice and that I needed help finding something for my pain that wouldn’t mess me up too bad. She offered options and helped me pick out something. I will come back on the level of customer service alone. Also, the tall, jolly fellow out front is also very kind and cool.
