Fanny is awesome. She does fantastic work. She’s the main reason I come to this store. I hope they keep her here for a long time.

I came in here and bought a carton and 2 vapes. The vapes were the only tobacco flavored they had and so I got them but when I went back to work across the street I opened one and it had exploded oil all over the inside. I immediately went back (it had been 5 minutes total) and asked for a refund as one was broken and I didn’t even want to attempt with the other. They were a completely different vape than I usually get so I did not even want to try the other one. They don’t do refunds only exchanges. Keep in mind I had been in 5 minutes before and had paid $165 cash there. The fact that they wouldn’t do a refund for even 1 of them (completely unopened) is ridiculous. Now if I had been hours or even a week later sure but 5 minutes? Absolutely ridiculous. I spent $47 on the vapes alone and all I wanted was a refund on the unopened one. Nope, I won’t be returning there. I knew I should’ve just stuck with my usual smoke shop. To be clear I don’t usually leave reviews but the lack of customer service was shocking. 5 minutes and it was cash so there wouldn’t have been any bank fees or button clicking. I’ve learned my lesson. Also their tobacco flavored vape section is pitiful.

I can't say enough good things about this smoke shop! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they have an awesome selection of products. It's great to see a business that supports the reggae and music community

Singh was so helpful and very kind. He knew exactly what I was looking for and has great service. I recommend this shop for anyone looking for a smoke shop. 5 stars all the way.

The girl at the front (early 20s) is so rude. She looks disheveled, doesn't greet you, and looks super depressed. Last time I went there it smelled nasty too. Terrible customer service and an employee that will give you depression just by interacting with her.
