Loved this store, been going here for almost a year if not one already, but today i decided to go in as I do a good amount since I’ve pretty much became a regular. Just to find out I’ve been banned for stealing?? I’ve never stole from this place I’ve been a loyal customer here I have points and everything with y’all. To be called a thief is a slap to the face to me. Thank you to the worker there rn for being so nice to me especially with being accused of stealing. He even offered to take my number to lmk about any updates, unfortunately I turned it down I already was made feel uncomfortable there. I have never stolen from a store and I would never steal from a business I continue to go. I’m so let down by this team I hope it gets better. Also I would have loved to hear what I stole I get nothing but wraps from here, and every time I walk in the employee working is usually already greeting me and helping me out so I’m never just there. I’ve referred a lot of my friends here, I just feel so disrespected.

Cody is the freaking best! He is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about educating his clients. he is a super nice guy! I purchase the gummies and absolutely love the caps brand!

Just got off the phone with a female that works there. Did not answer the call like thanks for calling vape city. At first I thought I called a random person. I had to ask 3 times if I was calling vape city. I then asked if she had any Caps at the store she then said yes. Asked for more details like pre rolled or snow caps or regular caps. Then was told she does not have any. I am done with Vape City. Never going to any of your stores again. I will make it my life’s mission to tell people to go to purple dragon or even that green store down the road from it. It’s going on 2 months and still no product. Come on.

This place sucks. They never have the wraps I want. I rather go to Valero and all the corner stores around the area when they are open and buy in bulk then to head out there again. Gaf if you 24 hours

Cody is amazing he had the best customer service I’ve ever seen at a vape city so far. Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and he definitely goes above and beyond. I wanted to give him a tip but couldn’t so I told him I’d write him a review so here you go Cody! 🙂
