Rewards system is HORRIBLE. What’s the point of loyalty rewards, and you can’t use the discounts on 99% of your product. It makes you not want to keep spending money there, considering you cant even use reward points on the delta products or tobacco products. Staff is friendly, the person in charge of the store rewards/prices is out of their mind.

Bought a mod and a pack of coils about a week or 2 ago from the 529 location and when I went to change my coil the other day, I found out they pulled a fast one on me - only 3 out of 5 coils in the box and I got charged for 5. THEN I also realized they were 0.4 coils in a 0.2 box. I’m the type that opens and checks before buying at vape shops (like I did with the mod), but I didn’t check the coils because the guy got them from the back and opened them up and looked literally right in front of me before ringing them up - so he KNOWINGLY did this. Have my receipt still and thought about going back, but I’m sure that will be a waste of time. So a one-star review it is in hopes this doesn’t happen to anyone else. EDIT - mistakenly went back here because it was on the way home and I needed juice. $32 FOR A 120ML BOTTLE OF JUICE HEAD. Are you kidding me? Never again. Seriously people DO NOT waste your money at this place..literally every vape shop has better prices.
