So once again, vape city has failed to meet any kind of quality as far as selection pricing and especially the employee she claimed to be very knowledgeable and when I asked a few simple questions got very upset because she didn’t know anything about any of the products in the store except for the nitrous oxide And the oil burners possibly the straight glass. She had a very disheveled appearance. I don’t know if that’s why her day was going bad but she was very rude. Had absolutely no customer service and there was a very weird kind of rancid smell. I don’t know if it was mold or like a dead animal or possibly the employee but peoples personal hygiene is their own business but again the prices are way too high. The selection is hit or miss and the staff is not knowledgeable at all instead of vape city. They should just name it random horrible smoke shop if you’re like me and have to go to this place because you’re an overnight worker and nowhere else is open at the times that you’re awake then if you have to go to a vape city, make sure it’s not this one. I’ve been to about eight of them now all horrible, but this one by far takes the cake. No one should ever go here unless absolutely last Resort

Bought a vape from the Friendswood location and came to this one for pods and juice. Go figure I can’t find any pods for it over on this side of town. Why are all these vape city’s carrying different stuff? So now I’m driving all over Baytown looking for a FREAKING POD!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a vape city. I’m very upset. I love this store and almost all of the people who work here are amazing. I went in to ask a couple questions about a vape I’ve bought from THIS store and the employ, Naomi I think her name was, was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. All I needed was a coil and she acted like it wasn’t her job to help me and didn’t even know anything about what I was talking about. Claimed she only really knows about the smoke side? I definitely won’t be returning to this store as long as she’s there working.
