In from out of town, purchased a pre rolled and it doesn’t smoke at all. Called the establishment and was told to UNROLL and reROLL myself since it’s packed too tight. Wouldn’t recommend getting prerolls unless you wanna end up having to unpack and roll yourself. Product looks old and stale

Amazing! So kind and professional. I went in to buy just one thing that I needed. Asked about another product that I was running low on and the price. It was a lot higher than what I normally pay so I said no thanks. But, he matched the price for me and saved me a trip and a good amount of $.

Usually I have a really good experience, but the last 3 times I've gone, the new guy didn't know what he was doing. So, I never remember what kind of coils I use, so there is a note (history) in the system. The new guy doesn't really know the computer system, and EVERYTIME he has to take my vape apart to see what kind of coils I use. It's VERY annoying. He definitely needs more training! When he isn't working, I always have a wonderful experience!!

Both product and pricing in the store are great, that’s what earned them the second star. However the attitude of the female in employee that it’s occasionally working the shop is repulsive. I will turn around and go elsewhere when I walk in and see her working the counter.

Prices and employees are amazing. The gentleman who helped me was so kind, even signed me up to help me save in the future! Always have what I need.
