I flew in to town for business and left my box mod in my car 1800 miles away. The staff here was so helpful and got me set up with everything I needed. If this was my hometown, this would be my go-to place for all my vape needs.

Came in with questions, and Charles was incredibly helpful and showed me the different budget-friendly starter kits. He was very insightful and knowledgeable, and he even did a demonstration so I could visually see what I’d need to do. Definitely recommend for their selection of products on both sides of the price spectrum and excellent customer service.

They sell defective Efest chargers. I raised concerns about the brand and trusted them. Charger went bad after 2 weeks. I'll be driving 30 minutes instead of shopping here.

I bought a vape on Friday and barely used it. Went back on Monday morning because the vape wouldn’t charge. Showed proof that I bought it from them because I go there about every 2 weeks. They refused to swap it out. Make sure your Vape works before leaving the store. If not they will not swap it out. They offered me a 7$ discount on a new one, but it still doesn’t satisfy the face that I had to buy a new one because they sold me a faulty vape. I will be finding me a new place to purchase from because to me that’s unsat. They also don’t have a return policy posted

Came from out of town and needed a mod asap. The lady was well informed of the stock they had and very nice to do business with. Definitely will be returning when back in the area.
