The sign on the door said that they opened at 9 AM on Fridays. I got there at 9:45 and waited until 1015 and no one was there. This isn’t very upsetting as I know things happen unexpectedly, but I wish there was just a sign or at least some updated hours.

I’m from out of town and dropped by while waiting for someone to arrive at Dulles. The owner, a very nice Turkish gentleman, explained the products very well. He gave me confidence in understanding the difference between my options, and never made me feel rushed. Great experience and customer service!

New shop and wow are they great. The employee I got to work with was a delight. I have a mod that's a little finicky. She made sure my new tank fit my mod and my price range. Then she set me up with some new vape liquid and told me how long my new coil should soak. She let me test the new tank to be sure my mod recognized it. She was personable and humorous and even wished me a quick recovery for my recent ACL surgery. I hope they stay around for a nice long time

Murat the owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. My tank kept leaking and he took a look and gave me some tips on how to troubleshoot. Only when I was adamant about trying a new tank did he show me the Crown IV tank he swears by. He also didn’t blink when I wanted to sample 10+ flavors and didn’t try to pressure me to buy any of them. I felt at home and comfortable. Truly a gem of a vape shop.
