Customer service is good, and the employee working when we went in was personable and knowledgeable. HOWEVER, prices... Well, the initial price for a 60ml bottle of 3 nic was $34. Nowhere have I seen a 60ml bottle that high. I will say tho, that once I said that was outside of my range the employee knocked the price down to $24 for us, which is acceptable. Juice did turn out tasting pretty good, so I won't complain too much about. Overall, I'd go back again, but it'd definitely have to be after a payday and not near the end of the month.

They will customize any flavor combos but the last time I went the juice flavor was soooo bad I'm literally going to just trash it if I can't get a refund ..... and my bottle leaked. Used to love this place but it's really not what it used to be... Used this store until I discovered The Vape Bar in okc at 23rd and Portland... I won't be back to Vape It... Another complaint is that unlike many vape stores they do not allow you to bring your small children. It's a must for single parents sometimes.

Absolutely love this vape store! Always clean and organized! They offer a large selection of premium quality products at competitive prices no cheap junk! The juice is always amazing its flavorful, doesn't burn up the coils! Friendly doesn't even cover the staff, they go above and beyond to make you feel like family, logan one of the guys that work there is phenomenal best customer service I have ever had from any company he will literally listen to you and give you advice and help you make the best decisions unlike other vape stores who just try to make sales! They are vape professionals I would recommend this shop 24/7 if you haven't been here before GO CHECK IT OUT! You will be mad you didn't find this shop sooner!

Ryan is the man. This guy knows what he is doing. I see all over these reviews that they are over priced but you pay for what you get If you ever go make sure to ask for Ryan. we will not buy from any other place but Vape It in New Castle.

Very good customer service, they warned me these burn out easy... didn't even make it 3 draws in.. amd I let it sit after pulled the tab like he said. I hope the other 3 I bought aren't like this though... that's a lot of money to just be out.
