I love this place, they always have everything I need a and affordable prices. No complaints here to a guy/family making a living selling products people need!!! I highly recommend going there!!!

Shop owner looks like he could care less if you spent money or not. Barely takes the time to acknowledge that you’re standing in the store, and it’s probably a safe bet that while you’re paying for something he is on the phone babbling away to someone in Arabic all the whole looking at you square in the eyes like you just ruined his day.

New to the area, went in trying to find a new shop. Ask the guy if he had tobacco flavor juice and he said no. Started looking around and he offered no help. Found a tobacco flavor and (I knew at that time this was probably not the shop for me) and asked if I could test it before I spent $23 on the bottle and he said no. I felt like he could have cared less whether I came in or not, Still looking for a shop near Annapolis :(

I want to like this place because it's convenient and close to home but I'm sitting outside for the 5th time 20 minutes past open time and the store is still empty and not opened. Businesses should respect their open and closing times so that customers don't lose their valuable time. I'm the type that will let things slide as a fluke but this is a pattern. Edit. The girl who finally arrived did not care about my concern. Blamed traffic even tho it keeps happening as if that is my problem.. called me rude and told me I could go somewhere else. Me and my wife go here at least twice a week. Not the way to treat repeat customers AT ALL

Prices are definitely competitive even for being in such a convenient location. Customer service isn’t amazing, but definitely ok, the excellent inventory makes up for it. These guys have EVERYTHING and do a good job of stocking.
