Ordered from online website after seeing the reviews I got kinda nervous they exceeded my expectations with super fast shipping from Vegas to Florida called earlier tonight guy was super friendly and helpful it was here when I got home even though the tracking didn’t update definitely will be buying more stuff from the site if I ever get to Vegas I’ll stop by. I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the years at this place. Was my go to vape store. Came in today with a faulty disposable device for exchange. Never had an issue before exchanging bad devices. Out of 20 maybe one comes bad where it gets stuck on. I stopped vaping it because I didn’t want to push it and have it blow up on my hand or something. The long hair guy I talked to was giving me a hard time and asked me to prove to him it was faulty. He asked me also what percentage it was and that he could only give me a discount on a new one if it was below 50%. I hit the vape and it was at 58% so he said I’ll give you a new one. I then asked the guy why he was making a big deal of it and both of them blew up on me like I’m trying to scam them or something. The guy I usually deal with said “why you look at him like that” you’re not treating him with respect. I said it goes both ways. Then he yelled at me “leave you got your mod” .These guys clearly don’t know how to handle criticism from a customer, when their first reaction is to shut down and just yell. Last time I do business with these guys. The only reason I came here was for the points system and to support the business since the guy that yelled at me to leave always treated me good. I can get these mods online for less than half the price. I guess customer service is no longer a priority.

I came by recently and had the pleasure of meeting Jacai I believe his name is sorry if it’s misspelled . The customer service he offers is absolutely amazing and he knows his stuff . If you go there Ask for him you won’t be disappointed!!
