Went in recently to purchase a product for a friend. Upon entering the store the "greeting" was cold and it seemed as if I were bothering the staff.
There were two variations of the product I was looking for so I had to call to see which one they wanted. I informed the sales person and she grabbed the product and rang me up. When I looked at the product it didn't seem to be the correct variation I requested. I inquired and indeed it wasn't.
I then asked the salesperson (She lied and said her name was Winnie, when I asked) if she could return/ exchange the incorrect product for the correct one. She immediately rolled her eyes and became even colder with me. She claimed I'd told her to give me the incorrect product when I made my selection. Even if that were true, which it's not there was no need to be so rude, abrupt and curt with me. She then informed me it would be $10.00 more and insisted I pay the difference in cash. I requested a receipt for the transaction and of course she gave me a receipt for the incorrect product, refusing to handle the exchange appropriately where I'd get a correct receipt.
She never thanked me for my business or apologized for her error. Needless to say I won't be returning and these are a few of the reasons why:
1. Horrible attitudes and customer service experience
2. Inability to admit to a mistake and handle it appropriately
3. Exorbitant prices compared to other establishments, where the same products can be purchased for much better and more economical prices
4. Didn't thank me for my business or provide an experience that would make me want to return
5. Failed to provide correct documentation (receipt) for the actual transaction
6. After viewing the company's reply to my review the employee lied about her name as well.
I can't recommend this business at all. There were too many ways they failed to provide a positive experience. Take your business elsewhere where it will be more appreciated and you'll be treated with the proper respect due to a customer.
