Came in today to make a purchase and use the points in the system that I have built up plus the points given to me after the previous issue I had at this store when I visited during business hours and it was closed. Today I came in and made a purchase on the assumption I would get to use my built up points and instead I was told I'm not able to use my points or even accrue more points towards my loyalty account, as I left the store I made the comment that I am inconvenienced a second time in a row by this store and I would be making another complaint with management only to hear the girl that checked me out start shouting curse words at me as I left. I was not rude, only mildly inconvenienced I will not be returning to this store, after being a customer of Vapergate since 2015 I know this is not how the brand is or how the associates are supposed to represent the brand but after the long history I have of being a Wholesaler at my previous job for Vapergate Juice and a Loyal Customer for a Decade I have never been treated in such a manner in any Vape Shop before. I will have to find a new shop to buy juice from, which is a shame because I really enjoy the Vapergate Line. I do not come to Vapergate to be mistreated, after the past issue I had and the way it was handled I deleted my previous review and was going to update it to a 5 star but after today's abhorrent behavior I won't return.

Today I was told over the phone that a sepicific item was around $12 before tax. When I arrived at the store, that item was $14.99 before tax. I told Conner it was disappointing to drive that far and find out the price was that much higher.
He immediately made it personal by saying he was sorry if $2 is that big of a deal for me. (It was $3 or 25% and there are other stores in town). His next response was that he was reacting to my attitude. His last response was to dismiss me.
I would like to review the register video with Conner and the owner or manager. Telling someone that it's disappointing to get bad info on the phone (actual price 25% higher) isn't out of line and the recording will show that I was calm and even toned. I did not disrespect Conner as he did me.
I've spoken with Conner on the phone several times in the past. He has made budgeting comments and told me his job was to get people in the door. Maybe he is the manager or the owner. So, here's a thought. What if your vendors gave your a quote and when you got the invoice, the total was 25% higher? It's exactly the same.
