Been a long time customer, order frequently . Last order I placed , I set aside as they were not needed right away. Went to open a new one and it didn’t work. 100 percent battery and juice life , and it was a dud. Along with two others . Emailed the company about this and I was informed because I didn’t open my vapes on arrival and make them aware of the dud vapes, there’s nothing they can do. 200$ spent on vapes for them to be duds and not one single ounce of help from the company. I will take my business elsewhere . Never again vapevine. This isn’t the first time it’s happened and I refuse to give a company my money when they lack customer service and don’t take accountability for their broken products . After reading others reviews it seems this is an ongoing issue for this business. I will ensure my family and friends know about this and take their business to Liberty vape from now on. Time to boycott vapevine

I ordered from here over the weekend. First they attempted to utilize a third party insurance company that presents itself as a "tracking" or shipping company, the company used is extremely intrusive and is just looking for your personal information through an app. I've increased my review to 2 stars and definitely thank the gentleman that took the time to contact me and clarify. I'm excited to get my new gear, and don't believe this is a people problem, but certainly a process and decision problem. The shipping provider you've chosen is insecure and exploitative, I will if possible be ordering elsewhere next time.

This is my go to spot for vape supplies. The staff are helpful and very friendly. I earn points on purchases and if I don't purchase anything for a period of time, they offer a coupon which of course, keeps me going back! I plan to head there today :) I highly recommend this store.
