My first time there and the facility was incredible in its setup and cleanliness. The female staff member, which I didn't get her name, went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for even going as far as calling her boss to ask a question. Although this was the only shop in delaware that had exactly what I was looking for, the price point was almost $20 more even with a $10 off coupon than I had found it in Columbus and the internet, fees and shipping included. Don't let that discourage you from stopping in because there is enough there for everybody and then some. I will stop back by in the near future. Thanks for a great first experience.

If you need help with ANYTHING, you want to go in when Ashley is working. She knows a lot about the products in the shop.... And is always super friendly and helpful to talk to. Definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions and help me. Even helped keep my son occupied by letting him play her gaming system. 😊😊 I'm usually not one to spend more time than I absolutely have to, in a store, but I always end up spending at least 15-20 minutes more talking to Ashley because she has answers for all questions. And she makes suggestions based off of what she learns you like. Always 150% happy with my experience here. Thanks Ashley for being such a great help!!!! We'll see you again soon!!!!!

My new favorite store. The staff is so polite and knowledgeable. Ashley is AMAZING. she got me to try new tapes and products and based on my preferences that I told her, she hasn't suggested one I haven't liked. Now I'm at the point where I walk in and say, "surprise me". Wish I could give more stars

This place is my new favorite vape store! Not only is the store very clean and organized but the staff is AMAZING! Ashley especially! She has went above and beyond her job to make sure I’ve gotten the best customer experience! She’s very knowledgeable not only on the actual mods but the juices as well! This lady may have literally saved my life! I went to a vape store previously and had told the employee I was deathly allergic to strawberry, and asked him to tell me the vapes that did not have strawberry in them, well needless to say I told Ashley about my juice and she had, thank god, caught that it was actually made with strawberry…ended up getting a good juice from her and every time I’ve been in since she remembers my allergy and WILL NOT let me even close to anything containing strawberry!! Ashley, thank you!!

Ashley was very helpful and very friendly! She was super knowledgeable about the mods, she helped me choose the mod that would suit me best! I will definition be returning for all my future mod and juice needs! And the extra cherry on top the place is extremely clean and organized! My new favorite vape store!
