I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and purchasing products for myself and for my fiancé. Because I’m most often in the area, I signed up for rewards during my initial purchase under my own name. When the two of us come into this store together, we put in my phone number to add points to our rewards. After saving up so many points, on several occasions we were told that we’d get 20% off for a year. We’ve been working toward that goal for months now, only using vapexotix for our vaping needs. We just walked in there and I typed in my rewards and my fiancé tried to swipe his card and now, suddenly, we have to be legally married in order for him to swipe his card using my rewards. The man said it recently when in to effect. If the policy is so fluid it can change at any minute, what’s the point in signing up for the rewards and choosing THIS location? We spent $75 in there today and it will likely be the last time we come here after I come in with my debit card and make a purchase to use OUR points that have been OUR points for over a year. Certainly a disappointment for a business we’ve been so loyal to. Update: While the owner says it’s been policy all along, not a single member of their team has ever, on any occasion (once a week for over a year) mentioned it. Customers shouldn’t be responsible for your lack of trained staff or lack of sticking to your original policy, if it TRUTHFULLY has been that way since day one. And if you won’t be transparent with your customers, they should hear it from someone, hence the review. Respectfully, we should’ve been TOLD that from day one, not mislead into saving all these points as an unmarried couple for no reason. Also, I was there, with my ID, so absolutely no chance of fraud. 👍 Thanks for the extremely timely response!

This is the number one vape shop in the General Booth/damn neck area to me. They have, hallmark tanks, along with about 70 different types of juices. you’re not allowed to take pictures of the inside, so I cannot upload pictures of the place from the inside, but if you call them, they will let you know what they do and don’t have. I have a up, the owner makes blown glass tanks, that never break! they are roughly $10-$15 for the blown glass tank.
