These guys are the best in the Parker Area. Been going to Perfect Alternatives for 2 years and their selection is limited and their prices are 2.5x online prices. These guys at Vapez have a killer selection and nearly online prices. Check out this wall of options.

Really nice employees. Always have what I need

This place is pretty good. They’re usually inviting, depending on staff and location, but usually pretty helpful and friendly. Selection is pretty good and normally it’s stocked well. If I am to point out a couple things, - one strong thing that I thought was a minor drawback is that they didn't carry my favorite vape juice. Not their fault and I wouldn’t ding them, but they were cool enough to start ordering that brand and stock regularly. Very cool! - The drawback for me is that they require you to purchase the whole box of coils rather than a single or 2-3 like other places. Which is even more important when for example a. you just want to try a coil to see if you like it. Or b. you’re forced to buy a whole box of coils that you’d never want to use again, but due to low/no stock around the holidays (which is not the fault of them, that’s ok) but then driving to other locations with the promise that “that specific coil is in stock there” and having to buy a whole box of coils that I’m stuck with now. It’s not only wasting my juice but kinda hard to come up with the money to drive to yet another a place that I know has them in Aurora and spend the same money on the coils I KNOW that work great. The ones I wanted in the first place. Meh Again … not huge, but enough to make others my first stop now 😕

Do not shop here! Not only do they have a terrible selection, but they have horrible customer service. The guy they had working there was rude and lacked social skills entirely. That is my 1st negative review for a vape shop. I know a lot of people who live in Parker and I will make sure none of them shop there.

I used to love vapez Parker, I had been shopping with them a long time… lately it’s been going downhill. Their stock is less and less and less and I went in today to buy 2 COILS and some juice. I couldn’t really see behind the counter of what the man was grabbing I just assumed since I asked for 2 coils that I’d be getting two coils, he kept them and we walked to the front where you can’t really see behind the register either. I thought my total was a bit high but I knew what I had asked for so I trusted it and prices are sky rocketing. He promptly and directly put my items into a small dark purple bag. When I got home I went to get my 2 coils and juice and to my surprise there was two full boxes of coils (10 total) so I call the man who sold them to me and explained that I asked for 2 coils, not two boxes of coils. (These things aren’t cheap) I was basically met with “sorry I can’t help you, we don’t do refunds” by him and the owner of the store. I’ve spend thousands and thousands of dollars in this store and with coils you can clearly tell if they are new or tampered with cause they are all individually sealed with foil. The worker makes a mistake and they will not make it right for their loyal customers. I’d say stay away from this place, your better off going to smoking budda where they actually care about their customers and customer service.
