They have THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, bar none! I check their website and Instagram frequently for killer hardware notifications and drops. I highly suggest you take a visit and BOOKMARK their page! 👍 Not only will they will call or text you if there are any issues/updates to your order, but they'll even pack your items on the weekend (Sundays!) to have it shipped first thing Monday morning. First time vaping in years and found the Facebook group. Immediately was welcomed with others answering questions and Mike and Venom have personally messaged me to help me on which vapes and juices are best for me. Even bought several devices and juices from them. Extremely fast shipping and quick replies from his employees. Best vape shop I've shopped with in a while. I prefer to order from this company and my town in surrounded with shops. I personally prefer to spend money with people who are knowledgeable and actually care about their customers.

Hands down the best online retailer!! I had messaged a few times inquiring about stock of specific items and was answered very professionally and honestly. I made an order which came in extremely quick and packaged extremely well. I cannot stress enough how much attention to detail the packing was. I had ordered a mod, rdta and 2 sets of coils and the about of bubble wrap to keep everything secure in the little box was astonishing. Will be my #1 online vape retailer from now on!

I want to give this place two reviews because it deserves 10-Stars! This is NOT a “push cheap Chinese junk at you by someone who knows nothing about vaping” sort of shop.. The kinds of shops that make me think of cell phone kiosks and check cashing places. THIS IS NOT THAT. This is a real-deal, old-school brick and mortar vape shop. They have the goods… everything from disposables to entry level regulated kits to beautiful, high-end, hard to find mechs as well as a good assortment of juices. They have the staff: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wanted to build the mech I bought before I left and the salesperson made it all so easy. I think if I would have asked, he would have built it for me or at least walked me through. I had forgotten what it felt like to go to a place where the experience felt like community and not like a transaction. Well done. My experience was a “delight” (see what I did there).
