You'll pay double than what you would for the sale product online. I've also showed up a handful of times and there's just no one there. They'll have what you need but they clearly need better management. Also, don't charge me ridiculous prices and then try to get me to tip you also...

Sam is the best employee ever! He is very well-informed and knowledgeable. He helps me always get the best product and never disappoints. He is soooo polite and treats you like family. I would drive 2 hours just bring my buisness here thanks to employees like Sam. You are the best Sam!

Always greeted with a positive attitude. The staff has always been great. The selection is good. And if they don't have something I use they normally get it in right away. Of all the vape shops I've been to in Virgina this was my favorite to visit.
