Bought a vape today and as soon as I drove away it started to continue to hit after I hit it and I called them and they said there is nothing we can do about it sorry. Like I just spent 25 on a malfunctioning item the least you could to is replace it… will not be going there anymore

My absolute go to vape store!!!! It's one of the cleanest stores you'll find! Not only do they care about sanitation and cleanliness but the staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they carry! If you want a clean, fun atmosphere go to Derby Vapor 100! They're the best!!!!!!!

Huge selection, great customer service, and great prices. This is the reason I can't kick my terrible vaping habits... I don't recommend anyone go here. But if your addiction is so bad, you don't need your lungs, just Vape Juice. This is definitely where you need to go.

Never once in a few years have I had an issue with anything here. Employees always take the time to answer my questions when I feel dumb, and make sure I get exactly what I want. They have definitive rules if you use your brain and listen, no issues. They cannot answer questions over the phone if you call them, you cannot in anyway be on your cell phone in the store or you cannot legally be given any service. The signs are right at the front door when you walk in, in your face. I love the new clean layout, and rewards program brought back.
