I recently bought a new tank here because they never had coils for my old tank and the lady working told me this single coil would work in it. Well it did not, I kept my receipt and I went in today to get more juice and see if they had the actual coils I needed. I spent almost $50 and they refused to give me credit for the wrong coil that I was sold and told would work. I come here because of the good deal on juices they have had lately and they have the juice I prefer. But you definitely need to work on your customer service. I spend a lot of money in this store on a regular basis and a $5 credit for the coil I bought and couldn’t use would have been good customer service. Peace cloud is right down the street from y’all and I get good customer service there. I work in retail and understand the importance of treating your regular customers well, there’s a lot of competition out there.

Fonzu was an amazing associate. I walked in wanting a simple vape and he helped me with flavor choice,set up and everything. The store has a lot of great products and good prices. I will definitely be back and recommend to my friends

Emily and Carolyn are fantastic employees at Glass city. Loved seeing their smiling faces. I'm a regular here and have always been satisfied with the customer service. Glad to see some happy new people!

Just left this place and they have everyone beat on prices and customer service! I was shocked having lived here for 5 years and didn’t know it existed. The younger guy working today was awesome, made great suggestions that were solid! Great amount of inventory and the prices are right. This is my new go to.
