Make sure you know exactly what you need before going in. The employee John sold me coils that did not go to my mod and since he told me “these are better for the setting you are using” I figured hey he works here and I had the mod with me so he seen which one it was and should know what goes in which vape mod. He in fact does not so I wasted money as you can’t return it even though it was this gentleman’s fault as he sold me the wrong ones.

Bought two vapes yesterday they worked,today don't even charge all they can do is look at? That's a screwed up policy I'm better off going back to cigarettes if that's the case if they can't replace something faulty there policy sucks if you ask me if you get a product from Walmart it don't work you can replace it,I feel like I been robbed I really do now I'm out of smokes and money.save your money go back to cigarettes or just quit not worth wasting money if this how customers get treated it's a electronic device like everything else I'm disgusted cause any other time I get it replaced,smdh.

Ive been coming here regularly for over a year now and its a great place! Most the staff is great besides the GM. He's very not great, from personal experience and from what other people have told me. Very VERY rude the one time I met him. I know at least 4 people that quit specifically because of him. But besides him, all good. Great selection, cheap prices and friendly staff! That's all I can ask for from my vape shop!
