Absolutely overpriced but the customer service makes it worth it. You will never find nicer employees at any other store. I’ve been to hundreds of shops and never have I had customer service like this. These guys deserve a raise and then some. Always helpful and have helped me find some of my favorite mods and juice flavors. They will forever have my business purely because of what a positive environment they have created. Try this shop today I promise you will not regret it.

Avoid this place at all costs. We were regular customers here up until we noticed that we always got leaky pens. Didn’t matter what brand. We purchased a Medusa and it leaked. Purchased a Koi and it leaked profusely. Vapor 69s policy is to only give exchanges if you are fortunate enough to notice the leaky pen within the same day that you brought it. Avoid this place. Will post this everywhere humanly possible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I absolutely love these guys. I have never once gone in and had anything short of a big smile and a friendly welcome. They usually always have what I need and if they don’t all you have to do is tell them. They will have it within a couple of days. If you haven’t tried them out you should. The prices are great and yes I pass a bunch of stores in the way to them, but the smiles and how well they try to accommodate each and every person there is totally worth the extra mile.

Great price and very nice selection

Went to buy a disposable. Told me it was $5 off if I bought two of them. Came back within 10 minutes because one wouldn't fire. Clerk said it was my fault because I pulled a little plastic piece out when I originally opened but it slid right back in. Said he couldn't do anything but offered me a discount the next time I came in. Got a $20 disposable for $38 and am definitely never going back there
