Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. He recommended great products. The store was clean and stocked.

Most of the time they hire people who don't know anything about what is carried, when they do have someone they don't care enough to keep them sadly and it's NORMALLY reflected in your experience with the company.

I come in here at least once a week for vape juice and pods I usually have zero problems til these last few months. First time I got a bottle of juice and it not messing with you when I said the juice was black I took it up there and they exchanged it out then the next week I get a new pod and it burns within three days so I get new juice and a pod and the juice was bad again I went up there multiple times. I am now on my 5th pod and 4th bottle of juice and every time I ask to replace they act like I’m trying to steal from them I have had this pod for three days and I already ran out of juice because it turns black and leaks out. I know it’s not due customer error I have been vaping for over 7 years I would ask them to please replace the pod and juice but they may say I’m stealing or something so if a manager sees this and wants to make it right I will change my review once they fix there problem it’s also been three different vapes if anyone thinks it might be our vape no reason pods should burn in less the 3 days

I have visited this shop a handful of times and as a business owner myself, The owners of that store are lucky to have Chris in there I am just assuming that’s his name from the reviews prior , (guy with beard and hat) and everytime he has been the one who has helped me he is very attentive, knowledgeable patient cause I asked a lot of questions. I can also tell he very aware of of his surroundings and what’s going on at all times in the store even while he is helping a customer. The store was clean and he made sure he checks every Id before you get to far in the store.

Absolutely LOVE this place! They have reward points so Im constantly getting a discount. The staff is amazingly friendly, I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. Very clean and well organized. Alysha is the sweetest most helpful person you could ever hope to meet.
