Was a long time shopper till met your Eeyore at Hernando ( sleeping behind the counter ) good luck staying in business with that level of customer service. She was so sad i apologized for coming in.

I bought a bottle of juice and it was expired. i called to ask for a refund or an exchange and i was told that couldn’t be done. 10/10 don’t recommend they are selling expired juices for vapes. They clearly don’t care about keeping customers

One of the young ladies saved them a star. The other as rude as they get. Likely one of those who stand in the street blocking traffic for “climate change” with little to no real research on the matter. I asked for a receipt which must be offensive to those who hate working. The rude one made the statement under her breath along the lines of “don’t mind the trees” as if she knows me or anything about recycling. Trees are a renewable resource and the manufactured products derived from trees can be fully recycled and reused. The plastic bags they use are not from a renewable resource. I personally recycle at home and actually add paper to my compost bend. I once ran a recycling company but she’s the expert climate activist! I wonder if she knows how many chemicals and planet destroying products go into all the makeup she was wearing? Likely not. Since she chose to judge me sitting in her chair all high and mighty she can be judged by this terrible review. I’ll certainly not be back since I’m obviously destroying the planet with my receipts! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I quit going here months ago (after being a customer for years) because of the guy that was the manager. I’ve never met a more disrespectful and unprofessional jerk before. I reluctantly went in today for a specific part and was pleasantly surprised to meet the new manager Taylor. I will be coming back to Vapor Maven now… Taylor was helpful, professional, nice and courteous. SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE OTHER GUY!

If I could give no stars I would worst service I have ever received! Wouldn’t give my husband a refund for a product he bought! Then when he asked to speak to a manager he was told no that she is at home sleeping which is completely unprofessional! Then I call and ask for the girls name and when she asked me why I told her why and she said my husband was lying!!! I will be reporting this store and the lack of management!
