They sold me a Caliburn A2 which started auto firing less than 2 weeks since being opened. When I went back to the store to get a refund or to exchange it for a working device, I was told they cannot do any refunds or exchanges. I know these devices are semi disposable, but when I go to a vape store and pay almost a 100% markup compared to online prices, I expect better service than simply “here, you can buy a new one!” These devices are meant to last 6-12 months, not 2 weeks.
Stick to buying stuff online: you’ll find it at half price compared to these vape stores and get better customer service.

Nam (the owner), Alex, and Carlos are the 3 guys that work here and theyre all super friendly! They're always happy to let me sample all of the flavors i want which other stores seem to get annoyed by. They also have a reward point system which allows you to earn free coils or e-juice. The 30ml house blends are around $16 which is the best price I've been able to find in any stores. I 100% recommend this shop.

I bought an o sub 80w baby here which turned out to be a defective unit. I was able to bring it back and have it exchanged without too much of a fuss. The people are helpful and friendly. I've been to B&M's where the sales people make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by trying out flavours. I didn't get that feeling here. They also got a menu with descriptions that you can flip through.

Wanted to get into vaping and quit smoking, so I started looking up stores near me. I saw this one had good reviews and was close to home so I decided to pop in. I talked to a sales person for a while figuring out exactly what device and juice I wanted. It was a little more pricey than what I could find online, but they definitely make up for it with service and experience. Also, ask them to try flavors before you buy. There's some sort of tiny charge because of FDA regulations, but otherwise it's free. Plus, you'll really need to try flavors because there are way too many of them that picking will take you a while.
