I rated this a two simply because I've been there three times in the first time was a really good experience from the gentleman who worked there. After that the second time I chalked it up to a weird interaction and the fact of the person working there made me feel like I was a not supposed to be there. As if I was interrupting them. And now simply the third time was just lack of customer service and common sense I'm just over it. This place might have great prices and good stuff. I would suggest putting earplugs in so you don't have to deal with the lack of customer service.

Don’t waste your time, or money! There are legit vape shops right down the road. I’m over this place, I WAS a regular until I was sold bad product (2times) and the manager would not let me return/exchange it, or give me store credit. Management will take a product that has been returned, and put it back on the shelf for the next person to get screwed over. Who does that hah? The first time I wrote it off as a fluke, but this time will be the last for me. I’m not really a “review” type person, but I figured I could save someone the headache. This being said, Amos is a rad dude who actually cares about his customers, and does his best to help out, they are lucky to have him.
