Great selection, knowledgeable and helpful employee. My new go-to vape shop, I highly recommend this store. I was looking for a specific e-liquid brand and flavor. I called tons of other stores and they were all either out of stock or didn't carry the brand or specific flavor. I finally found what I was looking for here. My first visit to this store and I was very pleasantly surprised and wish I'd found it sooner. They have a REALLY wide selection and the employee who helped me was actually very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. There are a lot of other "vape shops" out there with limited and low quality products and employees who are not very helpful and have little knowledge of what they sell. This is an actual, honest to goodness vape shop, which is becoming more rare these days.

I bought a device for my husband as he needed a new device. I was told that I could return it. The device I was recommended to get was expensive but was told that it doesn't leak as much as other devices. I asked the sells person, if it was compatible with salt nicotine, and he said yes and would be better than his current device. When given to my husband, he noticed that the wattage was too high for his liking. and so I called to see if it could be returned. I was told the only way it could be returned is it I needed to replace a part in the device, because that's the only thing that they could do. The device was not broken just was not the right device. However, I went to a different vape store near by, and the person there confirmed with me that the device that was sold to me did not work with salt nics and the sells person at the vapor world should've known better. And that if my husband continued to use the device that it could've cause alot of damage to him down the line. Luckily my husband only used it 1 day out of the 6 days we had the device, but now we're out money and have a device that we won't use.

Josh and two other gentlemen BLUE EYES that work here are fantastic! They are sweet,knowledgeable, very professional, and always friendly. They are curious and are a favor to the owner. All of this coming fro m a Lil Texas gal new to Kansas (we love tipping) and it's a shame that the store doesn't have an updated system to leave tips THATS the only complaint,is seeing a,sad Lil ol tip charge with a few pennies and change.
